(Petition for Rental Restrictions)
Dear Homeowner:
We are petitioning ALL homeowners in our Marsha’s Vineyard Community to develop a Rental Restriction Policy. Many neighborhoods throughout Georgia, including Henry County, are being bombarded with investors. We are trying to move forward with this process to maintain our neighborhood for the following reasons …
- For Safety Reasons and to Keep our Property Values UP
- To Preserve the Standards and the Quality of Life in the Neighborhood
- To Minimize Transient Residents/this goes back to the Safety Issue
- To Maintain the Community for Owner-Occupied Properties
Based on our Covenants we require at least 75% of the homeowners to sign an instrument in which covenants and restrictions are modified.
We hope homeowners will see the importance of this Restriction, ATTEND THE COMMUNITY MEETING and vote YES.
