MARSHA’S VINEYARD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

The Board of Directors of Marsha’s Vineyard Homeowners Association, Inc. is calling an Annual Meeting of the membership to conduct business of the corporation. This Annual Meeting will be a ZOOM Meeting on Wednesday, September 29th, 2021, at 7:00 PM. (Login to your HOA Member account for ZOOM information under Member Documents/General).

At the meeting, Quorum must be present either in person or by proxy to hold an election and conduct Association business.

Please be advised that no Owner shall be eligible for the Board or eligible to vote, either in person or by proxy, if that Owner is shown on the books or management accounts of the Association to be more than thirty (30) days delinquent in any payment due the Association. If the voting rights of an Owner have been suspended, that Owner shall not be counted as an eligible vote for purposes of establishing a majority or a quorum.

2021 HOA Annual Dues

The deadline to pay your HOA dues was March 1, 2021. Our management company, L.S. Management & Associates, Inc., mailed out assessments to residents in early January. NOTE: There is a $25 late fee as of March 2, 2021. If you had paid your HOA dues late during previous years and didn’t pay the late fee, you have an outstanding balance on your account. Interest is accruing on those late fees. Contact the management company for the amount you owe.

The Board of Directors voted to increase the 2021 Assessments to $160.00. (See Explanation for 2021 Dues Increase). (See 2020 & 2021 Budget Report). You may pay your HOA dues on-line by registering at: https://lsmgmt.cincweb.com; once registered you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours with your login information. You may also setup recurring payments on-line. ALTERNATIVELY, You may mail your payment to: Marsha’s Vineyard HOA (Lock Box), c/o L.S. Management & Associates, Inc. ECD, P.O. Box 1550, Commerce, GA 30529.

Community Yard Sale

April 24, 2021 @ 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Winter is over, let’s make some room for the summer! The Board would like your participation in our neighborhood spring cleaning yard sale. Please join us in this activity and support your neighbors. On the day of the event, set up your own items in
