ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE – MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2023 @ 6:00 PM
The Board of Directors of Marsha’s Vineyard Homeowners Association, Inc. is calling an Annual Meeting of the membership to conduct business of the corporation. This Annual Meeting will be held at the Dutchtown Elementary School Cafeteria, 159 Mitchell Road, Hampton, GA 30228 on Monday, September 25, 2023, at 6:00 PM. At the meeting, Quorum must be present either in person or by proxy to hold an election and conduct Association business.
Please be advised that no Owner shall be eligible for the Board or eligible to vote. either in person or by proxy, if that Owner is shown on the books or management accounts of the Association to be more than thirty (30) days delinquent in any payment due the Association. If the voting rights of an Owner have been suspended, that Owner shall not be counted as an eligible vote for purposes of establishing a majority or a quorum.
